9.00am	Official welcome. Dr Jean Searle, President Queensland Council for Adult Literacy
9.10am	Introduction of speaker: Deb Symes & Ann Kelly
9.15am	Through demonstrations and focused activities, we will provide an opportunity for volunteer tutors to learn to use a number of different kinds of multimedia resources to help their students to not only read and write better but also understand the implications of such resources in developing student confidence.
10.15am	Presentation
10.30am	Morning tea & networking
11.30am	Annual General Meeting, QCAL Inc
